What is Parent Talk?
A series of FREE workshops for parents and others working with children and young people.
When?
Tuesday evenings from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m. with a coffee break:
- 24 Feb — "Knowing their world"
looking at the world young people are growing up in and the pressures they face
- 3 Mar — "It's good to talk"
communication skills
- 10 Mar — "Fireguards and Stairgates"
looking at the issues of discipline and boundaries
Where?
At Gilnahirk Baptist Church, corner of Lower and Middle Braniel Roads.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is a parent, or who works with children and young people.

Love for Life has a useful resources page with links to many useful sites, and some helpful book recommendations.
Family & Relationship Issues is a page of resources maintained by the church that deals with a wide variety of family issues
We run a Christianity Explained Group for those who are interested in knowing more about the Christian faith.
We also have regular services and other events throughout the month.
