How to say thank you (Psalm 138)

Outline: 1) Say thank you to God with everything, everywhere (vv 1-3) -- the extent, context, direction, reason and goal of our thanksgiving;
2) Say thank you to God who is worthy of all thanksgiving (vv 4-7); and
3) Say thank you to God by confidently asking for more (v 8) -- confidence in God's purpose and promise.
